Y Chromosome
Initially I was going to write this post about the Y chromosome, and have some fun talking about how the Y Chromosome is a defective X chromosome, but that really isn’t nice and I know that guys don’t like women joking about the size of their y chromosome.
Actually the Y chromosome is really small.
The Y chromosome is one-third the size of the X chromosome and contains about 55 genes while the X chromosome has about 900 genes.
