As a chicken farmer’s daughter, I learned to appreciate eggs, I don’t really care much for chickens, the little raptors that are vicious, but eggs are good. I get info from EB because I appreciate the healthy, non-tortuous environment for EB farms.  Believe me, I have grilled the EB guy at BlogHer a couple of times, and I ‘m pretty darn sure these are the best quality safest eggs on the market to eat.  And no bloodspots.  I have to pitch the egg if I find a speck of blood.  I don’t have to toss any EB eggs.  That makes for less waste too.

If you are old fashioned and actually like to pick up something with physical dimensions, there are free publications, a magazine, in this case, that don’t suck.  I subscribed to  Fast Company.  Of course you have to give an email address too… the market value on that is about $10.  Not sure how long this offer is good.
